The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Irvine, CA, paying $17.90–$18.90 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families in partnership with retail locations and attractions. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports seasonal photo operations and helps the team deliver a memorable Santa visit and guest experience. The role contributes through team coaching, sales and service support, operational preparation, and assistance with scheduling, inventory, and training.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
