What you'll do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of grounds, buildings, access points, parking, and perimeter areas
• verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed
• maintain visitor, patrol, and incident records
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• report hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and operational irregularities.
