What you'll do

• Provide nursing leadership, support, and guidance
• work with the Director of Nursing, Human Resources, or Facility Administrator on staff performance and policy adherence
• promote safe care practices and proper documentation
• communicate with residents, families, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams
• participate in compliance and quality improvement activities, audits, and committees
• evaluate, coach, educate, and supervise nursing staff
• monitor direct care and conduct audits
• share on-call duties with nursing leadership.
