Service Development Representative

The Service Development Representative role is onsite in Ville Platte, LA. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Develop referral relationships with community resources and share information about how services may meet client needs. Collaborate with the Service Development Director, staff, and community to identify educational needs
• help develop and implement an annual education calendar addressing mental health and staff skills. Perform community case management and liaise between providers and referral sources to support transitions between levels of clinical intensity. Daily travel is required
• a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an unrestricted motor vehicle record are required.
