The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Sammamish, WA, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. The position supports leasing and resident services at the Vale and SAMM communities managed by Thrive Communities. The consultant helps attract and retain residents by conducting tours, supporting leasing sales, maintaining accurate documents, and coordinating resident communications. The role also supports property presentation, marketing, and day-to-day leasing operations across sites.

What you'll do

• Prepare lease paperwork and legal documents in line with applicable laws
• greet prospective residents, show the community, and perform leasing duties
• support sales and leasing-team performance
• train and mentor leasing staff
• maintain tour paths, vacant units, and model units with maintenance partners
• maintain positive resident relations
• monitor local market conditions and contribute marketing ideas
• respond to calls and emails
• update reports, organize leases and paperwork, process move-ins and move-outs, and route resident service requests to maintenance.

Why this role
