What you'll do

• Provide direct clinical services to individuals, families, and groups, including assessment, service planning, individual therapy, parent guidance, family interventions, group psychotherapy, and day treatment programming.
• Track progress toward treatment goals, collaborate with clients, families, staff, and other disciplines, and provide consultation and training to residential staff.
• The role includes licensed practitioner physical-restraint on-call coverage for residential services and requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and an Ohio LSW or LPC license.
