Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager role is onsite in Monroe, LA, at the Meta RPL IWTP and associated water-production and treatment facilities. Compensation is not specified. The manager leads maintenance planning and execution to sustain equipment availability across wellfield, reverse osmosis, pumping, chemical, and supporting systems. The position also supervises maintenance and E&I staff and coordinates work with the Lead Operator and Meta site personnel.

What you'll do

• Own the CMMS and asset register
• plan and direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• manage critical spares and warranties
• direct and perform mechanical and electrical repairs
• lead reliability-centered maintenance and predictive routes
• supervise maintenance and E&I staff
• coordinate planned work and equipment isolation
• submit work and purchase orders and maintenance documentation
• enforce safety requirements and participate in the 24/7 on-call standby rotation.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of industrial or utility maintenance experience, including membrane or reverse osmosis treatment, pumping, and groundwater production equipment, plus at least two years in a lead or supervisory role. A valid driver's license is required; relevant certifications are preferred.
