Electrical Engineering Manager

This leader owns the product line’s electrical scope, developing the team and operating system while aligning design, manufacturing integration, and field deployment. The work is intended to improve system performance, manufacturability, deployment consistency, scalability, and profitability.

What you'll do

• Own the electrical DMC scope for the assigned product line, including system performance, deployment consistency, cost structure, and margin performance
• build and improve the electrical operating system
• lead and develop the electrical team
• align product intent, manufacturing integration, and field execution
• influence electrical distribution, panelization, grounding, lighting controls, and mission-critical interfaces
• coordinate with program, design, supply chain, manufacturing, construction, and other teams
• support takt-based manufacturing and early deployments
• turn field lessons into product revisions and continuous improvement
• travel to active project sites as required.
