What you'll do

• Review vendor and subcontractor invoices for accuracy, coding, and project allocation
• enter and process invoices
• respond to vendor questions
• assist with month- and year-end accounting
• prepare reconciliations and analyses
• process job cost corrections
• assist with customer billing
• maintain accounting records
• coordinate with project managers, accountants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues
• research discrepancies and support other accounting functions.
