What you'll do

• Prepare and plate salads, charcuterie, chilled appetizers, and desserts
• wash, chop, portion, and store ingredients
• stock and clean the station
• follow recipes and plating guidelines
• label and date prepared items and follow FIFO storage procedures
• support the hot line and kitchen prep
• communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• assist with inventory counts and report low stock.
