The President and Chief Executive Officer role is onsite in Chicago, IL, strongly preferred. What you'll do

• Lead NICB’s strategic and operational activities
• oversee products, services, initiatives, senior leadership, and staff
• develop strategic and operational plans with the Board and stakeholders
• build relationships with member companies, law enforcement, and partners
• respond to emerging insurance-crime risks and identify capability gaps
• attract and retain talent
• oversee budgets and financial reporting
• lead strategic prioritization and change
• participate in industry efforts and partnerships. Travel is required.
