The Driver role is onsite in Norwalk, OH, with starting pay of $18–$19 per hour. Sirna & Sons Produce is a family-run wholesale food distributor delivering produce and other products to restaurants, hotels, schools, and institutions across the region. The driver delivers customer orders on Ohio routes, handling loading and unloading while operating company trucks. Routes are home daily and typically involve 15–25 stops and more than 300 cases per day; the schedule is Monday through Saturday, five to six days per week, with 8–12-hour shifts starting between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. until work is done.

What you'll do

• Deliver orders on routes across Ohio
• load and unload touch freight
• operate F550 trucks through 26-foot box trucks
• handle routes of approximately 15–25 stops and 300-plus cases per day
• meet Department of Transportation testing and physical requirements and follow DOT regulations.

Why this role

No experience is necessary and new CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be at least 21, hold a valid license, meet DOT requirements, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
