What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, peri care, and dressing, under supervision and within training scope
• change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies
• assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
• reposition residents and monitor skin integrity
• support nursing staff by making beds, passing water or ice, answering call lights, and organizing supplies
• assist with range-of-motion exercises and reality orientation
• identify and report conditions requiring management attention.
