The Assistant Salon Manager / Hair Stylist – Kids Salon role is in person in Saint Louis, MO. Pay is $26–$38 per hour, inclusive of tips and commission. Cookie Cutters provides children’s haircuts and salon services for families. This working leadership role combines hairstyling with daily salon operations. It helps maintain appointment flow and customer service while supporting staff direction, training, and the salon’s operating standards.

What you'll do

• Maintain a regular stylist appointment schedule
• assist with daily salon operations
• help keep appointments on schedule
• supervise and direct employees when other leaders are absent
• help resolve customer concerns
• train new employees on procedures, POS functions, and service expectations
• coach staff
• assist with scheduling and hiring
• monitor supplies and cash-handling procedures
• support opening, closing, cleaning, and salon standards.
