What you'll do

• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of land development projects
• lead and mentor at least two designers
• serve as primary client contact
• use Civil 3D and stormwater management skills to develop and review designs
• manage budgets, resources, schedules, and risks
• implement quality control
• coordinate communication among stakeholders
• maintain project documentation and reports
• ensure regulatory compliance and obtain permits and approvals
• identify process improvements.

Why this role
