The Senior Project Manager, Healthcare Construction role is onsite in Arlington, TX, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Base salary is $125,000–$145,000 per year, with bonus opportunities described in the posting. The client is a family-owned general contractor with a long-standing healthcare construction portfolio in the region. The project manager leads healthcare and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, cost control, and client relationships. The role coordinates project teams and stakeholders, maintains compliance and safety, and develops assistant project managers, project engineers, and support staff.

What you'll do

• Lead ground-up and complex renovation projects
• manage budgets, schedules, procurement, cost control, forecasting, change management, and pay applications
• ensure compliance with healthcare codes and regulatory requirements
• coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• manage project documentation and workflows in Procore
• anticipate and mitigate risks
• lead project meetings
• champion jobsite safety
• coach and develop project staff.
