What you'll do

• Assist with basic IT incidents and service requests
• prepare and deploy computers and peripherals
• support new-hire onboarding and workstation setup
• update knowledge base articles and process documentation
• assist with inventory and asset tracking
• document troubleshooting and resolutions
• participate in service improvement projects
• present a summary of assignment outcomes and learnings.
