Fleet Service Technician — Bus Servicing and Backup Driving

The Fleet Service Technician role is onsite in Spring Creek, NV. Compensation is not specified. Mustang Transportation’s Nevada operations rely on clean, fueled, and properly serviced buses to support drivers and passengers. The technician’s primary work is cleaning and servicing buses, checking fluids, fueling, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Backup route driving may be assigned after the employee obtains required licensing, training, and qualifications; basic maintenance assignments may be offered as skills and training allow.

What you'll do

• Clean bus interiors and exteriors, windows, mirrors, and undercarriages
• fuel buses and maintain fueling records
• check and top off designated fluids
• inspect buses for readiness and report leaks, damage, low fluids, and safety concerns
• complete servicing records
• assist with basic maintenance tasks when trained and authorized
• obtain required CDL and passenger endorsement within 60 days if not already held
• complete driver training and route familiarization
• cover assigned routes when qualified
• perform pre- and post-trip inspections and driving records.

Why this role
