What you'll do

• Greet customers
• document vehicle concerns and service requests
• prepare repair orders
• recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance and additional services based on inspections
• explain estimates, timelines, and recommendations
• obtain authorization for additional work
• coordinate and monitor repairs with technicians
• update customers
• review completed repairs
• maintain accurate warranty and billing documentation
• schedule appointments
• and maintain knowledge of Kia maintenance schedules, warranty policies, recalls, and service campaigns.
