What you'll do

• Clean resident apartments and common areas according to checklists and schedules
• complete cleaning logs and other required documentation
• remove trash according to company procedures
• deep-clean assigned areas
• report maintenance issues and safety hazards
• maintain a safe and secure environment
• assist with laundry management as assigned
• attend required training.
