What you'll do

• Reimage Windows laptops using cloning or ghosting software
• install drivers and software
• troubleshoot Windows boot and hardware issues
• test devices after repair
• track received, repaired, reimaged, and returned laptops
• pick up and return equipment
• provide progress updates
• handle equipment securely.
