What you'll do

• Support facilities planning, local leadership requests, schedules, and budget trackers
• follow up with end users, onsite leaders, and vendors
• coordinate work orders and facility preparation, including supplies, equipment training, and clinic and kitchen setup
• support proposals and small projects, renovations, retrofits, and major repairs under $250,000
• execute preventative maintenance programs
• track and schedule fire, life, and safety inspections and follow-up repairs
• maintain site budgets and track expenses.
