The Registered Nurse (RN) works onsite in Des Plaines, IL, for $35–$38 per hour. The role provides nursing care to residents at Park Ridge Healthcare Center. The RN delivers and coordinates resident care in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and applicable requirements. By administering medications, completing documentation, supervising nursing assistants, and communicating with residents, families, physicians, and staff, the RN supports residents’ health, safety, and daily needs.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care based on resident care plans and physician orders
• prepare and administer prescribed medications
• supervise nursing assistants and oversee daily nursing activities
• complete required documentation and maintain confidentiality
• perform nursing services including catheterization, wound care, and IV care
• coordinate with physicians and communicate changes in resident needs to clinical leadership
• support residents’ daily living, meal service, and social engagement
• follow safety protocols and applicable regulations.
