The Senior Director, Quality Coaching — Technology Innovation and Impact role is onsite in Washington, DC, with a salary range of $143,800–$168,250 per year and 15–20% travel. The role supports Strada Education Foundation’s Quality Coaching team and its work to expand access to quality education-to-career coaching. The position leads the Technology Innovation portfolio and helps translate research, evidence, and innovation into scalable approaches that augment human-connected coaching. It also strengthens portfolio execution through strategic analysis, impact measurement and learning, grant oversight, and leadership of the team’s Project Manager.

• Develop and lead the Technology Innovation strategy and portfolio
• advance learning about technology and career navigation
• define quality standards and technical benchmarks
• assess technology solutions and opportunities
• translate research and field learning into practical frameworks
• provide strategic analysis and decision-ready recommendations
• oversee grants, impact measurement, and portfolio execution
• manage and develop the Project Manager
• lead cross-functional initiatives and support team culture.
