What you'll do

• Assist with preparing, presenting, and serving meals
• prepare breakfast menu items
• set up utensils and steam lines
• lead and serve the food-service line
• prepare raw meat, fish, and poultry as assigned
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• receive and rotate grocery items using FIFO
• label and date refrigerated items
• minimize food waste
• provide courteous guest service.
