What you'll do

• Attend weekly in-person training and coaching

• follow up with leads using Lofty CRM
• practice buyer and seller consultations
• learn contracts, neighborhoods, and market conditions
• respond to prospective clients
• collaborate with mentors, agents, and support staff
• provide professional, honest, and thoughtful client service.
