What you'll do

• Assist, guide, and encourage clients with activities of daily living, community living skills, and rehabilitation goals
• assist with medication administration as assigned
• monitor nutrition plans and prepare meals
• implement behavior management plans
• observe and report changes in clients’ conditions to the treatment team
• transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
