This technician performs preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance to keep bakery equipment safe, reliable, and ready for continuous production and food quality. The role also supports production troubleshooting, repair verification, maintenance records, and a clean, compliant work area.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on bakery equipment
• help production teams diagnose malfunctions and verify equipment readiness after repairs, changeovers, or downtime
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and basic PLC-related issues
• document maintenance activities
• maintain a safe, clean work area
• coordinate with bakery personnel and escort contractors.
