What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors

• assist with registration and intake forms
• manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling
• explain post-scan expectations
• coordinate between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff
• maintain an organized front desk
• address concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of customer-service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. The clinic may operate seven days a week, and the role may include weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and shift coverage with 45 minutes’ notice. No visa sponsorship.
