What you'll do

• Collect and maintain participant housing-history information
• help Permanent Supportive Housing clients identify housing with long-term subsidies
• coordinate with service teams to house families using short-term subsidies
• locate vacant apartments and support applications
• negotiate with landlords and property managers
• educate community landlords about Pathways services and contract expectations
• develop landlord networks to expand affordable rental options.
