The Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in the Tupelo, MS area, serving clients at home or in a facility. Certified nursing assistants earn $13–$14 per hour for private clients; non-certified caregivers earn $12–$13 per hour. About You Sitting Service provides care and support to elderly clients. The caregiver assists with daily living activities, comfort measures, nutrition, hydration, and mobility; records and reports observations to healthcare staff; and provides companionship and emotional support. The posting lists day and night shifts and requires a high school diploma or GED, current CPR certification, and basic computer and communication skills; CNA certification applies where applicable.

What you'll do

• Assist with turning, ambulation, bathing, dressing, nutrition, and hydration
• provide comfort measures such as therapeutic baths, ice packs, and dressings as needed
• record food intake and output
• communicate observations to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
• collaborate with the care team
• provide companionship and emotional support.
