What you'll do

• Lead overall maintenance operations to budget
• complete work orders within 24 hours and achieve a seven-day unit turn
• manage the maintenance budget and identify cost savings
• maintain records in Yardi and use Sparkle for inspections
• oversee community appearance and resident satisfaction
• inspect and repair community areas
• ensure health and safety procedures and preventive maintenance
• communicate with vendors and make budget-conscious decisions
• work with office staff to support resident satisfaction.

Why this role

Requires maintenance supervisor experience, experience at a Class A apartment community, and EPA Type II or Universal certification. CPO certification must be obtained within three months of employment. Travel is required for job duties.
