What you'll do

• Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs
• initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
• implement physician orders
• assign nursing care according to resident needs and staff qualifications
• administer medications
• start IVs and perform and document treatments
• maintain clean and safe equipment and use supplies economically.
