What you'll do

• Open and close the golf shop

• confirm golfer reservations, courses, and tee times
• handle cash and customer information according to procedures
• explain course information and amenities
• outline the golf service sequence
• coordinate golf-bag setup
• provide directions
• manage the tee-time system and daily tee sheet
• coordinate tee-time changes with starters
• maintain shop cleanliness
• communicate guest concerns to relevant departments
• prepare a daily leader-on-duty report
• support golf reservations, merchandising, retail sales, and locker-room services as needed.
