What you'll do

• Monitor vital signs, medications, observations, and withdrawal symptoms
• conduct health assessments and assist with nursing care plans
• use CIWA and other clinical protocols
• support medication self-administration and maintain records
• document behaviors and incidents
• engage clients in supportive conversations
• coordinate intake and orientation
• collaborate with counselors, case managers, and peer recovery coaches
• maintain a safe environment.
