Job overview

The Line Cook role is onsite in North Las Vegas, NV, with approximately 30–40 hours per week. Pay is $13–$17 per hour. The position supports the kitchen team at Rocco’s NY Pizzeria. The role exists to prepare and present meals using quality ingredients while supporting safe, organized kitchen operations. It contributes to the restaurant’s customer experience through food preparation, inventory upkeep, and daily opening and closing procedures.

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• prepare and present food
• maintain inventory levels and restock when needed
• follow food safety regulations
• participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• perform other duties assigned by management.
