What you'll do

• Participate in strategic planning and define documentation accuracy goals with senior management
• review customer paperwork for accuracy and completeness and direct corrective action
• establish paperwork best practices and regulatory compliance procedures
• evaluate team and hub performance
• provide guidance and feedback to Paperwork Specialists, Customer Advocates, and market leadership
• identify process gaps and coordinate solutions
• contact customers to obtain information needed for paperwork and vehicle titling and registration
• partner with Regulatory Compliance and local agencies
• support training requirements and a positive team environment.
