What you'll do

• Manage machinery uptime, upkeep, preventive maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, procurement, and divestments
• own the MaintainX asset-management system
• create and train employees on standard operating procedures
• maintain quality management and corrective actions
• audit fabrication performance
• oversee production planning and address bottlenecks
• support inventory management
• manage employee relations and hiring, onboarding, coaching, and offboarding
• lead safety training, incident investigations, and 5-S and Lean initiatives.
