The Welding Machine Operator — 2nd Shift role is onsite at the Ocala, FL plant. Pay is $21 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. Ideal Tridon makes clamps, strut, hose supports, conduit, fittings, and coupling solutions for critical applications. The operator joins metal spans in the fabrication process and may operate other equipment to shape or alter metal to specifications. The role contributes to production by following drawings and specifications and using tools and machinery to produce accurately formed and welded components.

What you'll do

• Operate welding machines to join metal spans
• follow blueprints, customer specifications, sketches, and engineering drawings
• use hand and power tools to shape, cut, smooth, and blend metal
• may set up and operate other metalworking, soldering, and welding equipment.
