Construction Quality Assurance Manager — Critical Facility Retrofits

The Construction Quality Assurance Manager role is onsite in Beltsville, MD, with substantive presence at assigned Maryland facilities and travel between sites. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports two facility retrofit projects for high-density AI infrastructure, including NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 and Vera Rubin deployments. This manager establishes owner inspection and test plans, verifies critical electrical, mechanical, and piping installations, and maintains traceable quality records. The work helps identify and correct defects before testing and operational handover, reducing the risk of outages, rework, and delayed customer handovers.

What you'll do

• Establish owner inspection and test plans and critical hold/witness points
• review contractor quality plans, material traceability, submittals, and installation procedures
• inspect qualified electrical/mechanical work and arrange specialist inspections as needed
• verify piping cleanliness and test records and electrical installation evidence
• issue and track nonconformance records and verify corrective work
• coordinate required inspection records
• provide quality readiness status and records to Commissioning and Operations
• escalate repeated or material defects.
