What you'll do

• Develop and support licensing associates
• direct virtual-assistant work allocation, training, quality assurance, and performance monitoring
• own licensing programs from requirements research through applications, tracking, issue resolution, renewals, and reporting
• maintain SOPs, quality controls, documentation, and audit-ready records
• use metrics to manage capacity, timeliness, quality, and risk
• improve workflows and tooling with cross-functional partners
• serve as an escalation point and coach team members.
