What you'll do

• Follow the daily schedule and implement curriculum
• maintain child observation records and anecdotal notes
• conduct formal and informal developmental assessments
• interact with children and model appropriate behavior
• communicate respectfully with families
• follow safety, security, and mandated reporting procedures
• supervise children
• maintain attendance records and send family updates using digital tools
• plan weekly curriculum and materials
• prepare and clean the classroom
• assist with meals and snacks
• participate in accreditation requirements when applicable.

Why this role

Must be at least 18, meet state education and experience licensing requirements, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and communicate in English. Child-care experience, an early childhood credential or degree, and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred but not required. Required training is paid.
