What you'll do

• Coordinate estimating for assigned bids and projects
• review proposal specifications and drawings and attend pre-bid meetings
• incorporate historical cost and productivity data
• prepare discipline estimates and complete scope takeoffs
• consult with clients and vendors
• review design options as applicable
• consider project regulations and subcontractor work
• review final estimates
• prepare bids and select vendors or subcontractors based on project cost effectiveness.
