• migrate legacy systems, databases, and workflows
• build web parts, workflows, forms, and integrations using SPFx, Power Platform, and .NET
• improve information architecture and accessibility
• support analytics and reporting
• maintain applications and resolve system issues
• support ticket resolution and monitoring
• provide user training
• create technical documentation and guides.
