What you'll do

• Provide facility-wide clinical oversight
• assess staffing and coordinate coverage
• direct, coach, and support nursing team members
• conduct resident rounds and monitor changes in condition
• oversee admissions, documentation, incident reporting, infection control, and shift communication
• respond to emergencies and significant events
• step into Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed, including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and communication with physicians, pharmacies, residents, and families.
