What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate mechanical construction projects from conception to completion
• coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• order materials and equipment, issue subcontracts, develop billings, manage RFIs and change orders, and prepare or review submittals
• track project costs
• inspect jobsites for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety
• communicate with customers, building owners, subcontractors, and field support staff
• manage project schedules and customer satisfaction
• travel domestically as required.
