Packaging Lead, Second Shift

The Packaging Lead role is onsite in Boonton, NJ. Compensation is $22 per hour. The role supports TerrAscend’s cannabis product packaging operation and reports to the Lab Manager. The lead coordinates packaging associates and helps execute production schedules while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Accurate records, equipment readiness, and team coordination support the production of packaged products for consumers.

What you'll do

• Follow daily production schedules
• verify work areas, tools, and equipment are ready
• clean and sanitize materials and surfaces
• complete batch, equipment, quality, inventory, and seed-to-sale records
• prepare rooms for shift opening and closing
• guide team members and monitor completion of required checks and weight logs
• report performance issues and deviations to the Lab Manager
• maintain a safe, orderly workspace.
