Shop Manager — Equipment Maintenance and Repair

What you'll do

• Lead daily shop operations and the maintenance team
• prioritize repairs and preventive maintenance
• ensure fleet and equipment readiness
• diagnose mechanical issues and assist technicians
• manage work orders, records, inspections, and service schedules
• maintain parts inventory
• coordinate outside repairs and vendors
• communicate equipment status with Operations
• monitor equipment condition and costs
• maintain a safe, organized shop and comply with safety, DOT, and OSHA requirements.
