Center Director, Donor Center

The Center Director role is onsite in Lumberton, NC, with a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 per year and monthly bonus potential of up to 35% (the posting states total compensation up to $100,000). The director oversees donor center operations and performance, manages site profit and loss, develops the team, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. The role also provides operational input to leadership while supporting donor flow, retention, and a positive donor experience.

What you'll do

• Lead daily center operations and optimize processes for donor flow, retention, and operational goals
• manage site profit and loss and implement plans to meet targets
• recruit and develop team members
• uphold regulations and safety requirements
• partner with quality and facilities teams and lead audits and inspections
• communicate expectations and use data to guide decisions.
