The Residential Aide – Lighthouse is an onsite role in New York, NY. Compensation is $35,000–$42,000 per year. It combines resident intake and records, meal distribution, facility rounds and safety checks, and coordination with supervisors and medical staff when concerns arise.

What you'll do

• Complete resident intake and exit paperwork and occupancy forms
• use DHS CARES for intake and discharge processes
• review attendance rosters and incident reports
• receive and verify food deliveries
• distribute meals and notices
• monitor attendance
• assist with room access and transfers
• maintain logs and clean office areas
• conduct hourly facility rounds and client safety checks
• alert medical staff and supervisors to distress
• inspect units and report repair or cleaning needs
• serve meals at stated times
• work additional shifts or overtime when needed for coverage.
